Future Today has partnered with kids YouTube sensations Pink Fong and Like Nastya to launch new multi-platform streaming channels dedicated to the hit children’s entertainment brands. Future Today has also expanded its HappyKids library by adding over 200 episodes from Pinkfong and Like Nastya in addition to content from other popular creators Gabby & Alex and Ruby & Bonnie.

Future Today, known for creating and managing new platforms and programming channels that reach millions of viewers, has announced that Kidtagious Entertainment and Millimages have chosen HappyKids, its flagship kids and family-themed channel, as their preferred streaming platform. Under this agreement, HappyKids will be bringing more than 525 new episodes of their popular children’s TV programming to millions of little viewers and their families.

Roku announced this morning it’s expanding into Brazil, a sizable market that could have a notable impact on the streaming device maker’s advertising business. The company last summer was said to be considering a Brazil expansion, at a time when more than 90% of its advertising business’s revenue came from the U.S. Since then, Roku expanded its TV licensing program to Europe, and at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show it revealed plans to add new international Roku TV partners, including its first in the U.K., bringing its total global brand partners to 15.
Streaming platform HappyKids, which claims an average 6 million unique monthly visitors, has formed new partnerships with Kidtagious, a children’s licensing company, and animation studio Millimages, both veterans of family entertainment.

Moonbug, a global entertainment company that develops and distributes values-based content for kids, today announced that Mia’s Magic Playground, its first original series based on the successful Little Baby Bum series, will launch on Sky Kids, part of Sky, Europe’s leading media and entertainment company, in June. This is the first partnership as part of Moonbug’s planned global distribution of the series.

Barbie (75 x 25 minutes), Thomas & Friends (551 episodes) and Hot Wheels (54 x 22 minutes) from Mattel, Bakugan (100 x 11 minutes) from Corus, and Camp Lakebottom (26 x 22 minutes) from 9 Story will all be available for free on HappyKids.tv through Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, xFinity and Cox.

It’s kind of amazing how many streaming services are available as we near the end of 2019. In a market where Netflix and Hulu once reigned supreme, we now have streaming services from nearly every major cable network, along with tech giants Amazon and Apple.
